The Founder

My passion for wild herbs has always been with me. I spent the first years of my childhood on my grandmother’s farm.

In spring, we celebrated a ritual with nettle, dandelion and yarrow to mark the transition from winter to summer. I internalized summer by eating fresh sorrel, drinking rose petal syrup and chasing fireflies in the evening.

In the fall, I could hardly wait to eat the first quinces, weave the last daisies into necklaces and breathe in the scent of walnut leaves.

In winter, when the power of the plants retreated into the roots, herbal tea warmed us.

Even today, when I smell the scent of these plants, I am overcome by an indescribable feeling of security and freedom.

Whether in the forest, by the water, on the mountain or in the meadow – I noticed more and more wild herbs and plants that I had known since childhood.

At the age of six, I discovered my new home between high mountains and an idyllic lake in the center of Switzerland.

My strong connection to nature and the realization, that nature gives me absolute harmony and at the same time awakens creativity, were the reason for passing on my passion for herbs and developing products, that correspond to my deepest beliefs.

Nature has always given me both – peace and inspiration. Our products also contain both.

Musa and Calma are the two poles of Musa Calma. Because, to be kissed by the muse, to be able to unfold anew, she needs calm and time. We want to beautify this time with our products.
